It was my intention to continue to practice until the end of June and mark my 50 years practicing Optometry. However, the Covid 19 Pandemic has changed all our lives in a way that none of us could have ever imagined.
With the restrictions placed on our practice to ensure our patients and staff remain safe, I’ve decided not to return to practice.
I want to take this opportunity to thank all who have supported and continue to support the Killarney Optometric Centre. It was my honor and privilege to have been part of your vision and eye care these past years.
I also with to publicly thank the great staff (past and present) I was privileged to work with. It is their dedication and desire to do their best that has allowed this practice to grow since it was established in 1950 by Dr. “Woody” Spearman.
As I retire, I know that you and your family are in excellent hands with Dr. Candace DeCock and Dr. Dustin McGill. We are fortunate to have two highly skilled and dedicated Optometrists calling Killarney home.
In closing, I again Thank You for allowing me to be a part of your health care team. While we are in different boats, we will weather this Pandemic storm together. Thank you and stay safe.
LIFE IS WORTH SEEING!
