Dr. DeCock joined the Optometric Centre in August 2009. Dr DeCock graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2005. In 2009, she completed her Doctor of Optometry and Master of Science in Vision Science degrees at The Ohio State University. Upon graduation, the Award of Excellence in Vision Training was presented to Dr. DeCock by The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Dr. DeCock obtained her fellowship with the American Academy of Optometry in 2013. She is also member of the OEP (Optometric Extension Program), an organization involved in vision therapy education and advancement, and maintains membership with the Manitoba Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists.

Dr. DeCock practices full scope optometry for disease management including glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, myopia management, dry eye, urgent eyecare, ocular injuries and more. She provides assessments and prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses. She is also proud to provide vision therapy programs.

Dr. DeCock became a partner and co-owner of Killarney Optometric Centre with Dr. McGill in April 2014. Dr. DeCock and her husband, Andrew, have three children, two sons and a daughter. She enjoys spending her time reading, playing piano and singing, and taking in lake activities.
